Moving is already a lot to organise. Whether you are leaving a rental, selling your home, moving into a new property or preparing a house for someone new, we can take care of the cleaning so there is one less thing on your list.
Our move in and move out cleaning is a more detailed clean designed for properties that are empty, or almost empty, and need to be thoroughly cleaned before the next person moves in.
When this service can help
This service is suitable for End of Tenancy Cleaning, homes being prepared for sale, properties that have just been purchased, or simply when you want a proper clean before moving in or handing the keys over.
What’s usually included
Every property is different, but a typical move in or move out clean may include:
- Bathrooms thoroughly cleaned and sanitised
- Kitchen surfaces, sinks and exterior appliances cleaned
- Cupboards and drawers wiped where accessible and empty
- Skirting boards, doors and door frames cleaned
- Dusting of accessible surfaces
- Mirrors cleaned
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Built-up dust and marks cleaned where reasonably possible
- Bins emptied
- General detailed clean throughout the property
- Spot cleaning of marks on walls where suitable
- Final check before we leave
A more detailed clean
A move in or move out clean usually needs more time than a regular residential clean.
Once furniture and belongings have been removed, there are often areas that have not been easy to reach during everyday cleaning.
We work through the property carefully and focus on getting it ready for whoever comes next.

Before we arrive
For the best result, we recommend having as many personal belongings and loose items removed from the property as possible before the clean.
If the property will still contain furniture or belongings, just let us know so we can work around what is there.
